  • Failure mode, effect, and criticality analysis

Section 8.5.3 (NOTE) says: Examples of preventive action opportunities include:

  • Risk Management
  • Error proofing
  • Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)
  • And information on product problems reported by external sources
